Daily devotions

Sunday

Early Sunday morning in Riga, August 19

Another week and no summer temperatures yet. Did summer forget us this year?

Even if we have not seen so much summer yet, we have at least received pictures from our Family Camp earlier in August. The theme for this years camp was "Jars of Clay" and both the teaching and the practical activities were about jars of clay.
During the camp we had a potter visiting us and everybody could have a try
Here you can see many more pictures from the camp.

During the week we have also had a visit by a mission team organised by Sven and Glad Ljungholm. They have had activities at the corps in Seda and Sarkani in the northeastern corner of Latvia. The team has provided musical training and Bible studies.
You can read daily reports from the visit at FSAOF´s web page.

Now it is Sunday morning and we will soon be on our way to Seda to participate in the Sunday morning service together with the corps leaders, Sven and Glad´s team and everybody else.

And then - another week! In the end of the coming week we will be going to Uppsala in Sweden to speak at the annual Conference "Bygget" (The Building). The theme for this conference is "Equipped to save".
The welcome meeting for the new Swedish cadets will also take place at the conference.

I pray that you will have a blessed week!
Peter Baronowsky
