Daily devotions

Sunday

Early Sunday morning, August 12

A weekly review from my point of view.

The week started with a children dedication at the new corps planting in Agenskalns, Riga. The child was the grandchild of Norm and Isabel Beckett and is named Asiah. Asiah had, together with his parents, travelled all the way from from Australia to take part in the ceremony. A more than 30 hours trip.

Here is Asiah together with his parents. Asiah behaved extremely well during the ceremony. So did also the grandfather, the parents and the flag holder. The grandmother Isabel played the piano and behaved also extremely well,
After the ceremony, coffee and cake, it was time to congratulate Asiah

During the week we have also sent two participnats from Latvia to Denmark to take part in the conferences, “Time to be holy,” and, “Time to serve”, in Copenhagen.

The two participants from Latvia are Cadet Arturs Pereversevs and Liuetenant Ilona Konovalova.

Now another week is approaching and I pray it will be a blessed week for you.
